Job summary

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process prescriptions and dispense medications under supervision.
• Provide patient counselling and education; perform medication reconciliation.
• Pack, label and distribute medications with proper storage.
• Monitor inventory, expiry dates, stock records, recalls.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded products under supervision.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and report dispensing errors.
• Participate in staff orientation and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support pharmacy policies and workflow improvements.
