Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join its medication fulfilment team in Singapore. You will process, check and pack medication orders accurately and support smooth deliveries to healthcare institutions.

You will gain exposure to pharmacy automation and logistics while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance. This role offers regular office hours and an opportunity to work with IT-enabled systems in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacy Technician qualification.
• Experience in dispensing or pharmacy operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of medication handling standards.
• Meticulous with strong attention to accuracy.
• Comfortable with IT and inventory systems.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to take initiative and lead a section when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and repack incoming stock.
• Process medication orders and prescriptions according to set standards.
• Perform quality checks on picked orders and pack them for delivery.
• Work with the informatics team on IT and automation system implementation.
• Manage inventory, including replenishment, cycle counts and stock takes.
• Perform billing procedures for services provided.
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Maintain pharmacy consumables and general housekeeping.
• Support quality improvement projects.
• Help orientate and train new team members.
