• Process medication orders / prescriptions in accordance with set standards.
• Perform quality checks on orders and pack for delivery.

• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients.
• Assist in housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables.
• Support quality improvement projects and staff training.
• Provide cross-functional support as needed.

We are hiring Locum Pharmacy Technician to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organisations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking.
• Process medication orders / prescriptions in accordance with set standards.
• Perform quality checks on picked medication orders / prescriptions and pack them for delivery.
• Work with the informatics team to ensure smooth implementation of IT and automation systems.
• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock-taking.
• Perform billing procedures for services provided.
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation, handover and issue resolution.
• Assist in general housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables.
• Assist in the implementation of quality improvement projects.
• Assist in orientating and training new staff assigned to the section.
• Assist in managing operations in the assigned section if appointed as team leader.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, including cross-functional support.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
• Able to commit to contract duration: 3 months.
