Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our client’s expanding healthcare team in Singapore.

The role focuses on receiving, inspecting and repackaging stock, processing orders, and maintaining inventory with attention to accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate has a minimum Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Pharmacy Technician certificate and at least two years in a healthcare or pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or its equivalent.
Certificate in Pharmacy Technician (PSS) required or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in health care or pharmacy setting.
Familiarity with medication delivery processes and outpatient pharmacy operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect and repackage incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality.
Process medication orders and prescriptions according to standards.
Conduct quality checks on picked orders and prepare them for delivery.
Manage inventory including stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock takes.
Collaborate with IT to support automation and pharmacy systems.
Coordinate deliveries to facilities or patients and handle reconciliation and issues.
