Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to handle medication orders, pick/pack/label medicines, and assist with medication reconciliation and billing. You will ensure proper inventory levels, storage conditions, and conducts expiry checks under SOPs.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; a CPTC or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science is preferred. The role covers islandwide locations in Singapore with office-hour support.

Qualifications

• Minimum CPTC or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Processing medication orders
• Picking, packing and labeling of medicines in accordance to SOP
• Perform the following medication reconciliation steps: counting, sorting and typing of prescriptions
• Perform billing functions
• Provide professional and courteous service to all patients/customers
• Review and update inventory level base on consumption on a regular basis
• Oversee storage conditions, expiry checks, audits and reporting of defects of drug products within the institutions
• Plan and ensure that cycle counts and stock take are conducted accurately and accordingly to the SOP
