Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Pharmacy Operations Clerk to handle inbound stock receipt, order processing, inventory management, and related duties on weekdays. You will ensure accurate packing, quality checks, and efficient delivery coordination with healthcare institutions or patients.

The role also involves billing procedures, collaboration with IT/automation teams, and participation in quality improvement projects. Training and cross-functional support may be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with inbound stock receipt and inventory control.
• Familiarity with medication order processing and packing.
• Knowledge of quality checks on orders and accuracy in dispensing.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking.
• Process medication orders/prescriptions per standards.
• Conduct quality checks on picked orders and pack for delivery.
• Coordinate with informatics team to support IT and automation Systems.
• Manage inventory including stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock takes.
• Perform billing procedures for services provided.
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Assist in housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables.
• Support quality improvement projects implementation.
• Assist in orientating/training new staff in assigned section.
• Assist in managing operations in the assigned section as team lead.
