Job summary

Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital Ltd. seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead inpatient and retail pharmacy services, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-effective provision of health products and professional care for patients.

Reporting to the Director, Medical Services, you will drive quality improvement, talent development, regulatory inspections readiness, formulary management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality care and business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and registered pharmacist with the SP CS.
Postgraduate qualification in clinical pharmacy or healthcare management is an advantage.
Demonstrated leadership and regulatory inspection experience.

Responsibilities

Leads, motivates and holds accountable pharmacy staff; aligns targets with hospital objectives.
Drives ownership, continuous improvement and service excellence; manages underperformance.
Oversees work, provides feedback and staff development aligned to strategy.
Develops talent, ensures training supports strategic objectives.
Participates in staff training for pharmacy and allied departments.
Ensures compliance with Healthcare Acts and licensing requirements; inspection readiness.
Delivers professional services: medication reconciliation, counselling and drug info.
Manages formulary, drug utilization reviews and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams.
