Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to support daily operations, assist pharmacists with prescriptions, and ensure accurate picking, packing and labeling of medications. You will help manage inventories, monitor stock levels and expiry dates, handle storage and roaster shifts, and perform other pharmacy-related tasks as needed.

A diploma or equivalent qualification with good communication and teamwork is required, and candidates must be willing to work both day

Qualifications

GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months.
Must be willing and able to work both day and overnight shifts based on duty roster.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily pharmacy operations, including medication preparation, packing and labelling.
Support pharmacists in processing prescriptions and preparing medication orders.
Perform accurate picking, packing and checking of pharmaceutical products according to established procedures.
Assist with medication inventory management, stock replenishment and stocktaking activities.
Monitor medication stock levels, expiry dates and storage conditions.
Ensure proper handling and storage of medications in accordance with pharmacy procedures.
Perform other pharmacy-related and operational duties as assigned.
