Pharmacy Assistant / Patient Service Associate / Healthcare Assistant (Training Provided)

Pharmacy Assistant

• Assist in picking and packing of medications.
• Assist in preparation of prescriptions.
• Assist in pharmacy operations.
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Patient Service Associate

• In charge of registration of patients.
• Scheduling of appointments.
• Assist patients with self‑registration.
• Attend to patients' enquiries and needs.
• Handling of phone calls and ad‑hoc admin duties.

Healthcare Assistant

• Provide basic care to patients, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Monitor and record vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure).
• Ensure patients’ comfort, safety, and well‑being.
• Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and equipment.
• Support nurses and healthcare team in daily operations.
• Observe and report changes in patients’ condition.

Requirements
