Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Pharmacy Operations Assistant in Singapore to support medication preparation, packing and delivery accuracy. You will join a healthcare operations team ensuring medications are prepared and delivered safely to patients.

Responsibilities include receiving stock, picking, packing, labeling, replenishing stocks, assisting with cycle counts, verifying delivery orders, and maintaining a clean workspace while following SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Meticulous and organised, with good attention to detail.
• Able to perform routine stock handling, packing and inventory tasks.
• Responsible and committed to following established procedures and safety standards.
• Comfortable working a 5.5-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming medication stocks and check items for accuracy and completeness.
• Pick, pack and label medications according to delivery orders.
• Assist with medication repacking, including unboxing, bundling and pre-packing items in the required quantities.
• Replenish medication stocks at designated storage locations.
• Support inventory counting during stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Verify delivery orders and assist with the handover of prepared orders to couriers.
• Monitor and replenish pharmacy consumables, such as ziplock bags and packing materials.
• Maintain a clean, organised and tidy work environment.
• Follow established operating procedures, departmental guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure medications are prepared and delivered to the correct patients safely and accurately.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks and provide cross-functional support when required.
