Qualifications

• Minimum 3 GCE O' level credits in English, Mathematics and Science.
• 2 years of working experience preferred; healthcare experience advantageous.
• CPTC certificate may qualify you to apply directly as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passion for healthcare and customer service; independent and meticulous.
• Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Frontline duties: attend to phone or walk-in enquiries from patients and next-of-kin; provide financial counselling on government schemes, subsidies or insurance; conduct medication supply verification.
• Backend: pick, pack and label prescriptions quickly and accurately; relabel and print labels, rectify typing errors, file counts; manage drug stock and buffer stock; check near-expiry meds and receive goods; detect prescription errors and request clarifications.
