Responsibilities

• Attending to phone or walk-in enquiries from patients and next-of-kin
• Financial counselling relating to government schemes, subsidies, or insurance
• Conduct Medication Supply Verification for patients at assigned clinics
• Picking, packing and labelling of prescriptions with speed and accuracy
• Management of drug stock and inventory, near-expiry checks and receiving goods from store
• Detect prescription errors and perform corrections as needed
