Job summary

NIHON PREMIUM CLINIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support daily operations in a busy clinic. You will label, dispense medications, manage prescriptions, and ensure accurate inventory to serve patients efficiently.

Applicants should have a Pharmacy Technician Certificate or Diploma, a 5.5-day work week, and relevant experience. Japanese language ability is an advantage, with Singaporean or PR preferred.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certificate or Diploma from a recognised Polytechnic.
• 5.5-day work week.
• Prior related work experience preferred.
• Fluency in Japanese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and customer questions.
• Label, packaging and dispensing medications.
• Measure and mix drugs according to prescriptions.
• Process medication orders.
• Stock pharmacy shelves and check inventory.
• Assist in ordering medication when inventory is low.
• Assist in training and supervise Pharmacy Assistants in their duties.
• Carry out cycle counts and stock accuracy per SOP.
• Extract monthly inventory records.

• Answering phone calls and customer questions
• Labeling, packaging and dispensing medications
• Measuring and mixing drugs according to prescriptions
• Processing medication orders
• Stocking pharmacy shelves and checking inventory
• Assist in ordering medication when inventory is low
• Assist in the training of new pharmacy staff and guide/ supervise Pharmacy Assistants in their duties and responsibilities
• Carry out cycle counts, stock accurately and accordingly to the Standard Operating Procedures
• Extraction of monthly inventory records

Requirements:

• Possess a Pharmacy Technician Course Certificate issued by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore, or an equivalent Diploma from a recognised Polytechnic
• 5.5 work week
• Prior related work experience preferred.
• Fluency in Japanese is an advantage.
• Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.
