RN Care Pte. Ltd. seeks a qualified pharmacist to work in Singapore. You will prepare medications by reviewing orders, dispense and label products, and provide professional counselling to patients on health issues and medications.

You will also ensure confidentiality, proper endorsement of prescriptions, and compliance with legal requirements and the Singapore Pharmacy Council’s code of ethics.

Qualifikationen

• Registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Recognized degree in pharmacy.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy operations/dispensing.

Aufgaben

• Review physicians’ orders for accuracy and potential incompatibilities when preparing medications.
• Dispense and label medications, ensure proper packaging.
• Counsel patients directly on health issues, symptoms, and medication use.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data integrity.
• Ensure prescriptions are endorsed correctly and procedures comply with legal requirements.
• Adhere to the Singapore Pharmacy Council’s code of ethics and professional standards.

• Ensure all prescriptions are fully and accurately endorsed.
