Job summary

PRINCETON PHARMACY (S) PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage daily sourcing and purchasing activities, ensuring value, timeliness and quality for customers. You will work with management and warehouse teams to monitor suppliers, negotiate contracts and ensure regulatory compliance with HSA, MOH and HPA standards.

A strong focus on analytics, organization and communication is essential.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Purchasing/Business/Supply Chain Operations required or equivalent.
Degree/Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science (Clinical Track) with relevant field experience preferred.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical devices and compliance with HSA/MOH/HPA requirements.
Strong organizational, analytical and communication abilities; take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

Executes daily purchasing activities, local and overseas, for stock and non-stock goods and supplies.
Works with management and warehouse team to ensure efficient supplies and inventory.
Monitors suppliers on drugs, medical consumables and equipment orders; negotiates and contracts to optimize value.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (HSA, MOH, HPA) and handles overseas purchasing logistics.
Registers new suppliers and liaises with forwarders for delivery; addresses supply shortfalls and damages.
