Job summary

PVH Corp. seeks a Warehouse Assistant for pharma/bulk tanker operations in Tuas, Singapore.

You will manage materials movement, inspection, and documentation across warehouse, production staging, and shipping areas with strict GMP and compliance adherence. Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound activities, using SAP for transactions, and handling various storage conditions and temperature-controlled shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years GMP warehouse experience.
• Familiar with SAP and MES systems.
• Forklift license and reach truck/VNA would be ideal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pharma environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries with multiple teams to ensure JIT supply.
• Receive and inspect inbound materials per GMP standards.
• Verify COA/COC and log SCM transactions in SAP.
• Perform cycle counts and assist audits.
• Handle storage of materials including -80°C chain.
• Prepare shipments with temperature-controlled docs.
