No Deviation is seeking an experienced Utility Engineer to support ongoing engineering and operations for critical utility systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• 4–10 years of relevant engineering experience in pharma, biotechnology or GMP manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with critical utility systems such as chillers, boilers, WFI and clean steam.
• Experience managing or supporting Change Control for engineering projects and equipment modifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of critical utility systems, including chillers, boilers, WFI, clean steam and other GMP utilities.
• Lead and manage Change Control activities related to installation, modification or upgrade of utility equipment and systems.
• Coordinate engineering activities for new utility equipment, including implementation, commissioning and handover to operations.
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause investigation for equipment failures and system performance issues.
• Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams on utility equipment and system-related issues.
• Review equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, maintainability and efficiency.
• Support engineering documentation, technical assessments, risk assessments and other project-related activities as required.
• Ensure engineering activities comply with GMP, EHS and site requirements.

Education

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
