Job summary

SciGen Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Product Specialist to drive commercial growth across Singapore's specialty portfolio. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding customer coverage, and accelerating launch uptake by engaging with healthcare stakeholders.

You will execute territory plans, manage accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, hospitals, pharmacies, and procurement stakeholders.
• Execute territory and account plans to maximize product uptake and commercial performance.
• Support product launches, formulary access, and tender execution.
• Conduct effective scientific and commercial product discussions with customers.
• Maintain agreed customer coverage and engagement standards.
• Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Prepare timely sales forecasts, CRM updates, and business reports.
• Maintain strong product, disease, and market knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
