Job summary

Pharma Project Engineer (Document Controller) is a 12-month contract in Tuas. You will support end-to-end project execution, technical documentation, and document control activities within a biopharmaceutical engineering environment.

You will coordinate across multidisciplinary teams, manage critical deliverables, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Industrial, or related).
• Experience in GMP or biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical environments.
• Proven project coordination with ability to manage site activities.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical documents.
• Familiar with equipment and line-list management in projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and report project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to achieve milestones.
• Manage change controls and CSQ/QC activities for projects.
• Draft IQ/OQ protocols and ensure commissioning readiness (KNEAT).
• Maintain equipment lists and line lists aligned with P&IDs.
• Maintain document registers and support audits and handover.
