Job summary

Pfizer Singapore is seeking a Process Technician to operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment across production lines, following SOPs to ensure quality and safety. You will perform in-process quality checks, sampling and pack-out, and assist in changeovers and cleaning.

Training on hazardous materials and emergency procedures will be provided to support safe operations. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a technical discipline or GCE O/A levels.
• Fresh school leaver and up to 2 years’ relevant experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical or petrochemical industry.
• Act decisively and independently to resolve issues.
• Can-do attitude and pride to succeed.
• Embrace digital technology to scale interactions and actions.

Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and manual chemical process equipment per SOP.
• Perform sampling, intermediate and finished goods pack out per SOP.
• Set up pre- and post-campaign activities and changeover cleaning.
• Monitor process operation, trends, and alarms using the control system.
• Update Manufacturing Standard Work and Operation Standard Work.
• Complete GMP and GDP compliant documentation and report deviations.
