Job summary

RoviSys is seeking a Pharmaceutical Industry Functional Analyst to serve as a trusted advisor to pharma, biotech, and CDMO customers. You will apply deep domain knowledge of manufacturing, quality, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation to optimize processes and enable business transformation.

You will engage stakeholders, run workshops, assess processes, and map current to future-state operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Pharma Eng, Engineering, IT, Life Sciences).
Minimum 5 years experience in pharma/biotech/CDMO environments.
Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.
Experience working with customers, facilitating workshops, and developing business/operational solutions.
Experience supporting technology transfer, facility startup, process optimization, or manufacturing transformation.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Engage stakeholders to understand challenges, objectives, and requirements.
Lead discovery workshops, process assessments, and requirements gathering with cross-functional teams.
Analyze manufacturing and quality processes and recommend compliant, scalable solutions.
Translate requirements into solution strategies and roadmaps for transformation.
Support business development during customer meetings, proposals, and technical discussions.
Advise on Industry 4.0, pharma 4.0, data analytics, AI, and smart manufacturing.
