Job summary

No Deviation is seeking an Operations Engineer to provide process and technical support to Manufacturing Operations Teams (Buffer and Material Preparation) to help achieve operational objectives. The role involves hands-on shopfloor activities, GMP compliance and collaboration with engineering, QA and regulatory functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science; fresh graduates considered for junior roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine shopfloor operations such as buffer preparation, reactor cleaning, CIP/SIP per GMP.
• Execute manufacturing instructions and manage deviations or issues observed on the floor.
• Support line start-up, shutdown and changeover activities; ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Provide day-to-day process and technical support to Buffer and Material Preparation Operations.
• Lead or support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Ensure validation deliverables meet internal and external requirements and lifecycle management.
