Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Executive to be outsourced to our client’s site in Singapore. You will manage accounts payable, assist with month-end closing, and maintain fixed asset ledgers and balance sheet schedules.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in accounting or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Daily AR support and bank transaction updates are also part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Handle AP and process payments.
• Assist month-end closing with journal entries for accruals and reclassifications.
• Maintain fixed asset ledger and balance sheet schedules.
• Support AR-related matters and daily bank activities.
