Job summary

Integrity Partners Pte. Ltd. seeks a Senior Projects Manager to lead pharmaceutical EPCM initiatives from planning and budgeting through construction, commissioning and IQ/OQ/PQ.

You will coordinate engineering deliverables and procurement, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards. This role requires GMP/compliance discipline, risk management, and strong stakeholder leadership. PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred, and you will work with multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience specifically within pharmaceutical EPCM projects.
• Strong technical familiarity with cleanroom construction, process equipment, and validation requirements.
• PMP / Prince2 certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmaceutical projects from planning and budgeting through to construction, commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, review technical drawings, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage long-lead equipment procurement.
• Ensure all phases stringently adhere to GMP, FDA, EMA, and local regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary interface for clients and multidisciplinary project teams to manage scope, risks, and milestones.
