Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with any years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Industrial safety experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, permits, licenses, policies and management system requirements.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of site EHS programs and sustainability objectives.
• Conduct inspections, safety tours, risk assessments, audits, RA, JSA, environmental impact evaluations, and PTW reviews.
• Lead or support incident investigations and CAPA; track corrective actions to closure.
• Maintain comprehensive EHS documentation, permits, licenses, training records, registers, procedures and ERP.
• Support environmental management programs including hazardous waste management and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate with licensed waste contractors and regulatory agencies on safe site activities.
• Support emergency preparedness, drills, spill response, business continuity and crisis management.
• Assist in MOC reviews and site improvement initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and promote proactive safety culture through engagement and training.
