Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is recruiting for an EHS Coordinator on a 6-month contract at our pharmaceutical site in Tuas, Singapore. The role focuses on leading safety, health and environmental performance initiatives and maintaining ISO 14001/45001 certifications.

You will coordinate EHS strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, support management in achieving objectives, and drive continuous improvement through reviews and change management.

Qualifications

• Experience in EHS coordination, preferably in pharma/healthcare.
• Strong understanding of safety, health and environmental regulations.
• Ability to implement and maintain EHS management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site in its journey towards excellence in Safety, Health and Environmental performance.
• Coordinate the development and implementation of the site EHS strategy and programs.
• Ensure compliance with EHS-related legal and corporate requirements.
• Implement, control, maintain and improve the site EHS management systems incl. ISO14001/ISO45001.
• Support Plant/Line management to achieve EHS objectives and promote awareness.
• Support Continuous Improvement projects through EHS reviews and risk assessments.
