• 7–10 years of account management and business development experience; pharma industry preferred.
• Strong analytics with pharma trends and market understanding.
• Proficient in CRM systems and data-driven opportunities.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to stakeholders.
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple tasks in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within pharma accounts.
• Build relationships and identify opportunities within clients.
• Work with Sales Management to execute a comprehensive account plan.
• Uncover client needs and propose targeted business solutions.
• Track client actions and maintain healthy pipeline.
• Lead contracting processes with legal and finance teams.
• Coordinate with SMEs to explore new business opportunities.
• Report sales activities in CRM and liaise with global teams.
