What You’ll Do

• Custom Printing: Operate heat press and digital printing equipment for apparel (T‑shirts, hoodies) and bags.
• Laser Engraving: Set up and run laser machinery to engrave precise designs onto metal, wood, and various lifestyle products.
• Quality Control: Ensure every piece meets our high standards for alignment, color, and finish.
• Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of personalization machinery.
• Workflow Management: Manage orders efficiently to meet customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• The Basics: A foundational understanding of design principles (alignment, scaling, and file types).
• Tech‑Friendly: Comfortable working with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW) and operating machinery.
• Hands‑on Attitude: You enjoy physical work and don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty in the production process.

Remuneration

• Starting from $12/hour for part‑timers.
