Job summary

APEX Tennis International Pte Ltd is seeking a reliable Personal Assistant cum Driver to provide personal, household, administrative and driving support for trainees to our academy in Sembawang.

You will drive trainees safely, plan routes, and ensure timely arrivals while maintaining vehicle cleanliness. The role also involves daily personal tasks and handling confidential matters with discretion, working independently and coordinating multiple duties.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a good driving record.
• Experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Family Assistant, or Driver is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic conditions.
• Fluent in English and/or Mandarin.
• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, well-organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive trainees safely and punctually from designated locations to the academy in Sembawang.
• Plan efficient driving routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
• Follow all Singapore traffic laws and road safety regulations strictly.
• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, tidiness, and odor-free condition at all times.
• Perform occasional driving-related errands as required.
• Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support; handle household and personal administrative matters such as bill payments and appointments.
• Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
• Manage multiple tasks, including administrative and household duties.

We are seeking a reliable, responsible and trustworthy Personal Assistant cum Driver to provide a combination of personal, household, administrative and driving support, ensuring safe and timely transport for trainees to our academy in Sembawang.

Responsibilities

• Drive trainees safely and punctually from designated locations to the academy in Sembawang
• Plan efficient driving routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals
• Follow all Singapore traffic laws and road safety regulations strictly
• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, tidiness, and odor-free condition at all times
• Perform occasional driving-related errands as required
• Provide day-to-day personal and administrative support.Handle household and personal administrative matters, including bill payments, insurance matters, renewals, appointments and other related arrangements.Assist with personal errands and ad hoc assignments as required.
• Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion while working independently
• Manage multiple tasks effectively, including administrative and household/personal duties

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a good driving record
