Job summary

ALWAYSHIRED PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a professional chauffeur to serve the Chairman, providing safe, punctual transport to home, office, meetings and appointments, and occasional family travel as needed.

The role requires flexibility, discretion and the ability to handle ad-hoc requests, maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, perform basic checks, and assist with administrative tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable and professional chauffeur services to the Chairman, including transportation between home, office, meetings and other appointments.
• Drive family members when required.
• Handle the collection and delivery of documents, parcels and other items as assigned.
• Plan efficient routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrival at all destinations.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, presentable and well-kept condition at all times.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks, routine maintenance and minor repairs when necessary.
• Accommodate changes in the Chairman’s schedule and respond to urgent or ad-hoc transportation requests when required.
• Assist with occasional administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling personal and work-related matters.
• Perform other driving-related duties as required.

Working Conditions

• Overtime may be required depending on the Chairman’s schedule, including weekends and public holidays.


• Flexibility is required to accommodate changes in schedule and urgent transport arrangements.


• Additional OT payable for hours worked beyond 44 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays when required.
