Job summary

ChemOne Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced executive driver to transport the Chairman, CEO, and guests with the utmost discretion and professionalism. The role requires maintaining a clean, safe vehicle and coordinating regular servicing.

The driver will service destinations in Singapore and Johor Bahru, Malaysia, and may receive ad-hoc tasks from the Chairman or Secretary. A Class 3 license with a clean record is essential, and familiarity with local roads is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience, preferably in executive/personal driver roles.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks.
• Willing to work overtime with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Provide chauffeuring services for Chairman & CEO and guests with professionalism and discretion.
• Ensure punctuality, confidentiality, and a high standard of service.
• Maintain vehicle safety and regular maintenance.
• Schedule servicing and maintenance appointments as needed.
• Destination coverage includes Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
• Clean vehicles regularly and perform ad-hoc assignments as directed by Chairman/Secretary.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable, and confidential chauffeuring services for the Chairman & CEO, designated family members, executive team members, and guests, ensuring professionalism, discretion, and punctuality at all times
• Provide chauffeuring support for Chairman & CEO (&his family) and his team and guests
• Ensure the vehicle is well maintained and meet all safety requirements
• Make appointments for vehicle servicing and maintenancewhen necessary
• Destinations also include Johor Bahru
• Cleaning of vehicles on a regular basis
• Any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Chairman / his Secretary

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience, preferably in similar executive/personal driver role
• Class 3 Driving License with clean driving record
• Pleasant and professional attitude
• Familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks
• Familiar with Malaysia roads, especially Johor and Kuala Lumpur
• Willing to work overtime with short notice
