Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean traffic record.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience, incl. 3+ years as Personal Driver.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for regular communication.
• Punctual, reliable and able to manage time effectively.
• Good knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic regulations.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when required.

Job Description

• Carry out errands and other duties as directed by the Chairman or Admin Manager.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and presentable condition at all times.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance, including checking and topping up petrol and water.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, road tax renewals and vehicle servicing when required.
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean traffic record.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a Personal Driver.
• Strong safety awareness and good driving skills.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, as the role requires regular communication with the Chairman and relevant parties.
• Punctual, reliable and able to manage time effectively.
