Job description

Key responsibilities

1. Provide safe, professional driving services for the employer and family members, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety standards
2. Plan and optimise routes to ensure timely arrival at destinations, considering traffic conditions and scheduling requirements
3. Maintain the vehicle to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and mechanical condition, conducting routine inspections and reporting maintenance needs
4. Manage confidential information with complete discretion and professionalism at all times
5. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and travel logs
6. Ensure passengers' comfort and safety by adjusting temperature, lighting, and seating arrangements as needed
7. Communicate professionally with passengers regarding travel times, route changes, and any delays
8. Perform vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure optimal condition
9. Respond promptly to changing schedules and unexpected travel requirements

What we're looking for

1. Valid driving licence with an excellent driving record and at least 5 years of professional chauffeur or executive driving experience
2. Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore roads and traffic patterns
3. Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professional standards
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior-level executives and clients
5. Discretion and trustworthiness, with the ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters
6. Neat, professional appearance and demeanour at all times
7. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and varying traffic conditions
8. Proactive approach to vehicle maintenance and attention to detail
