Pulse Digital is seeking a Social Media & Content Creator who is creative, outgoing, and social media–savvy to join our team in Singapore. You will build personal brands, grow online presence and engage audiences across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate understands social media trends, storytelling, and can turn everyday ideas into engaging short-form videos. You will work behind the camera, direct shoots, edit videos and shape content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas for personal branding and social media.
• Plan, film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Create talking-head videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, educational videos and trending content.
• Assist with filming, camera angles, lighting, audio and content direction.
• Edit videos with captions, transitions, sound effects and engaging visual elements.
• Ensure content is visually appealing, engaging and aligned with the brand's identity.
• Develop content ideas that showcase an individual's personality, expertise and professional identity.
• Create engaging storytelling concepts that help individuals build their personal brands.
• Identify content opportunities based on industry trends and audience interests.
• Plan content pillars, video scripts and monthly content calendars.
• Work closely with individuals to bring out their personalities naturally on camera.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Plan, schedule and publish social media content.
• Write engaging captions, hooks and calls to action.
• Monitor social media trends, viral content formats and platform updates.
• Track content performance, engagement and audience growth.
• Suggest improvements based on social media analytics.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh content ideas.
• Research competitors, creators and trending social media content.
• Develop video concepts, scripts and storyboards.
• Coordinate content shoots and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
