This is a hybrid role based in Singapore with collaboration across Singapore, Australia, and in-market teams. The role emphasizes adapting content for multiple platforms, staying on top of trends, and using AI tools to scale output

Qualifications

2+ years as a hands-on social creator
Portfolio demonstrating short-form video across TikTok, Reels and Shorts
Strong familiarity with native creator tools on major platforms

Responsibilities

Ideate compelling, social-first content ideas for English-language memes adapted across ASEAN
Monitor trends and translate them into rapid creative outputs
Produce end-to-end: script, shoot, direct and edit high-quality lo-fi content for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
Design static and motion assets to support always-on programs
Attend events to capture on-site content with talent and fans
Brief creators and collaborate with social strategists for authentic content
Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies and scale personalisation
Collaborate across Singapore, Australia and in-market teams; report to the in-market Social Creative Lead
