Job summary

Ohmyhome is seeking a highly organized Content & Executive Assistant to support the Founder in Singapore. You will document the entrepreneurial journey, develop engaging content, and build the founder’s personal brand across social platforms while coordinating administrative tasks and travel as needed.

You will capture authentic moments, edit video content, and help position the founder as a thought leader in entrepreneurship, leadership, property, and design.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally organised; proactive and resourceful; creative and curious; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about social media and storytelling; able to anticipate needs; positive, energetic and adaptable.
• Trustworthy with strict confidentiality; comfortable interacting with senior executives, clients and homeowners.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• iPhone videography and photography skills.
• Experience with DSLR or mirrorless cameras is a bonus.
• Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred but not essential).
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily calendar and schedule; coordinate meetings and appointments; organise travel arrangements and itineraries; prepare meeting materials and presentations; liaise with internal teams and external partners; assist with email follow-ups and meeting action items; coordinate speaking engagements, media interviews and events; handle administrative tasks; run occasional business and personal errands when required.
• Capture high-quality videos and photographs; record leadership moments, sales coaching sessions, property tours, design discussions and behind-the-scenes content; ensure no valuable content opportunities are missed.
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms; plan weekly content calendars; write captions; create Instagram Stories; schedule and publish posts; monitor analytics; respond to comments and messages; identify trending content ideas.
• Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts); create simple graphics and carousels; organise video library and content assets; work with external videographers; brainstorm creative content ideas.
• Help position the Founder as a thought leader in entrepreneurship, leadership, real estate, interior design, property investment, company building, and leadership.
