GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Service Operations Executive to manage quotations, customer records, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires processing Customs/Trade Net permit declarations for imports/exports, coordinating with haulers and shippers, and preparing reports and invoices. Diploma in Logistics and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or relevant required.
• Familiar with Customs permit declaration procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and related software.

Responsabilités

• Handle service operations: quotations, customer records and documentation.
• Process Customs / Trade Net permit declarations for import and export shipments.
• Liaise with haulers, shipping companies and Customs on shipment/permit matters.
• Prepare reports and invoices; ensure proper closure of job files.

Working Schedule: Mon - Fri (8:00am - 5:00pm), Alt Sat (8:00am - 12:00pm)
