Job summary

Siaolad Salad Bar in Jalan Besar, Singapore, is hiring a Permanent Part-Time Prep Chef to support fast-paced kitchen operations. You will prepare fresh ingredients, salads, sauces, and assist with customer orders while upholding hygiene standards.

Flexible working hours, immediate start preferred. Prior F&B experience is advantageous and the team values reliability and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage (F&B) or kitchen environments preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and proteins to meet daily production needs.
• Wash, cut, and portion vegetables accurately for salad preparation.
• Prepare sauces and ingredients following SOPs.
• Maintain food hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout kitchen operations.
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure ingredient availability.
• Prepare and serve salad bowls to customers promptly and accurately.
• Take customer orders at the cashier with attention to detail.
• Perform any other kitchen preparation duties as assigned to support smooth operations.
