Job summary

SUCCESS HUMAN RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Project Manager for infrastructure and system integration projects.

This permanent role requires leading cross-functional teams and delivering on schedule, within budget, and in line with contractual requirements. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of PM experience, a degree in Electrical/Electronics/Communications, strong client-facing skills, and PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure/system integration.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel overseas if required.
• Singaporeans only (local hiring constraint).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meets all contractual requirements.
• Lead and manage the project team.
• Interpret contract and extract essential information to facilitate objective fulfilment with the project team.
• Identify all contractual system requirements and deliverables and manage timelines for designs and reviews.
• Analyze and define project materials and services for cost optimization and risk management.
• Coordinate resources including project team members, sub-contractors and customers to meet objectives.
• Provide regular project reports/updates to customers and management.
• Monitor payment milestones to ensure timely billing.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meets all contractual requirements
• Lead and manage the project team
• Able to interpret contract and extract all essential information efficiently to facilitate effective management of project objectives and fulfilments together with the project team
• Identify all contractual system requirements and deliverables and be responsible for managing deliverable timelines for all contractual system designs and reviews
• Analyze and define all project materials and service purchases based on cost optimization and appropriate risk management
• Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives
• Provide regular project reports/updates to customers, internal departments and management
• Monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely billing in accordance to the planned schedule

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent
• Proven project management experiences (minimum 5 years) in managing medium to large scale projects relating to infrastructure / system integration
• Possesses positive working attitude, innovative problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent client-facing and internal/external communication skills, self-driven, results and customer-oriented
• Solid organization skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
• Technical experience in satellite communications network and equipment preferred
• Experience in delivering projects for the defence sector is highly desired
• Familiarity with the Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage
• Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Ability to travel overseas if required
