Job description

• Conduct periodic KYC reviews, identify documentation gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Respond to enquiries and provide guidance on KYC processes, including risk assessment, name screening, PEP checks, adverse news, and EDD requirements.
• Liaise with system vendors on user feedback and KYC system issues.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, updating internal procedures where needed.
• Prepare compliance memos to communicate key process changes.
• Work with stakeholders to perform gap analysis and improve internal controls.
• Review customer activities such as share transfers and payments.
• Investigate escalated cases and prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports.
• Handle information requests from authorities and auditors.
• Conduct staff training on regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Support other ad-hoc compliance tasks as required.
