FULLERTON HEALTHCARE GROUP PTE. LIMITED is seeking a skilled nurse to perform as an AU/Scrub nurse across diverse surgical procedures, coordinating preoperative checks and intraoperative support. You will guide junior staff, maintain infection control, and ensure patient safety and quality care in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes scrubbing and endoscopy proficiency, phlebotomy and IV cannulation, plus mentoring peers while upholding MOH and SNB standards.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and IV cannulation proficiency.
• Scrubbing and assisting in endoscopy procedures.
• Strong infection control knowledge and practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff.

Responsabilités

• Perform as a AU/Scrub nurse in a variety of surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team with instrumentation counts and intraoperative support.
• Coordinate pre-operative checks and assist the surgeon during procedures.
• Provide patient education and ensure safe care throughout perioperative period.
• Supervise junior nurses and participate in training and orientation.
