WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Scrub Nurse to deliver perioperative care across the surgical journey. The successful candidate will assist surgeons, perform Scrub and AU duties, ensure precise documentation, and coordinate patient transfers to maintain safe, seamless care.

The role requires a Nursing degree or diploma with a valid SNB licence, comfort in multiple surgical specialties, and strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional perioperative nursing care throughout the surgical journey.
• Assist surgeons during procedures and perform Scrub and/or AU nursing duties according to established standards.
• Ensure accurate patient documentation and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Coordinate patient transfers with relevant departments to support safe and seamless care.
• Provide post-anaesthesia and post-operative recovery care.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and perform other assigned responsibilities.
