Job summary

STEEL ALLY RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an artiste manager to coordinate performances and events, negotiate contracts with local and foreign artistes, and plan shows and sets for each engagement.

You will source costumes, motivate artistes, and monitor performance standards, with occasional overseas travel. The role requires flexibility, late-night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, and availability on public holidays and rehearsals outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Experience in artiste management or performing artiste experience preferred.
• Able to work additional hours beyond normal working hours.
• Able to work late-night shifts from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM daily.
• Willing to work on public holidays and attend rehearsals regularly outside normal working hours.

• Negotiate contracts with local and foreign performing artistes.

• Plan and coordinate monthly events based on different themes.
• Source suitable stage costumes and outfits for performing artistes.
• Motivate performing artistes and monitor their performance standards.
• Conduct orientation and training for new performing artistes.
• Source suitable performing artistes on a quarterly basis, including potential overseas travel when required.
• Ensure performing artistes consistently maintain a high standard of performance.
