Job summary

XIANGFEI PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated manager to coordinate performing artistes, arranging show lists, overseeing rehearsals and auditions, and allocating roles based on individual strengths to deliver high-quality performances.

You will collaborate with producers on scheduling, communicate updates in management meetings, memorize lyrics and routines, and ensure readiness for stage production while promoting teamwork among artistes and band members.

Responsibilities

• Arrange show lists and coordinate performers for scheduled events
• Manage the rehearsal, audition, and selection process for performing artiste candidates
• Assess individual artistes’ strengths and weaknesses to allocate performing roles efficiently
• Collaborate with producers to schedule artiste performance time slots and adjust as needed
• Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate their interests and updates
• Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain optimal performance standards during shows
• Coordinate with artistes and band members to fine-tune performances and ensure readiness for stage production
• Promote and strengthen teamwork among artistes to deliver seamless and excellent productions
