Job summary

YOUNG HUNGRY FREE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a data-driven marketer to support acquisition, conversion, and retention through paid media, CRM, and performance tracking.

You will help understand revenue drivers, optimise campaigns across Meta and TikTok, assist with EDM scheduling, segmentation, and ROI tracking, and collaborate with Brand/Creative teams to align messaging. This 3–6 month programme offers hands-on exposure to paid media, CRM, growth strategies, and real marketing spend

Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing paid channels (Meta, TikTok) and monitor campaigns.
• Support CRM segmentation, EDM setup, and scheduling.
• Track performance across funnel from impressions to conversions.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns and track ROI.
• Compile data across ads, CRM, and organic channels for reports.
• Highlight trends and anomalies to improve performance.
