Qualifications

• Proactive, eager to learn and develop marketing skills.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication is essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with marketing software and digital tools including CRM and analytics.
• Demonstrates passion for marketing and industry trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to Directors in daily marketing operations.
• Assist in planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across platforms.
• Support execution of marketing and advertising activities including social media, direct mail, and web campaigns.
• Prepare marketing materials, reports, and promotional presentations.
• Coordinate distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
• Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
