Job summary

WSA – Wonderful Sound for All invites you to join our Global Operations team as a Performance Insights Specialist. You will build and optimize our global data ecosystem, delivering AI-ready insights across regions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Python, and SQL.

You will partner with stakeholders in Singapore, Denmark, Poland, the USA and beyond to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities while shaping our enterprise analytics strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate Microsoft Fabric pipelines and OneLake integrations to unify supply chain data from global factories, distribution centers, and regional operations into a scalable, AI-ready data platform
• Design, automate, and maintain historical data snapshots that support predictive analytics, AI initiatives, and long-term business intelligence
• Serve as the team's subject matter expert for Power BI Capacity, monitoring performance, optimizing usage, and recommending scalable solutions as reporting needs evolve
• Partner with stakeholders across Singapore, Denmark, Poland, the USA, and other global locations to improve data quality, governance, and reporting capabilities
• Develop and optimize data transformation processes using Python (Pandas) and SQL, integrating large-scale datasets across multiple business functions
• Provide technical guidance on data modeling, reporting best practices, and historical data management to ensure accurate, high-performing business insights.

As a Performance Insights Specialist, you will build and optimize our global data ecosystem, connecting teams across regions to deliver scalable, AI-ready insights. You'll work with modern Microsoft Fabric technologies, influence global reporting strategy, and play a key role in transforming operational data into business value.

What you will do

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (minimum 1 year) or an equivalent Lakehouse platform, including Data Factory, Pipelines, Lakehouse, Notebooks, or similar data engineering technologies
• Strong experience developing and optimizing Power BI solutions, including semantic models, performance tuning, and capacity management
• Proficiency in Python (particularly Pandas for data transformation and manipulation) and SQL for data engineering, automation, and analytics
• Experience integrating multiple data sources into centralized enterprise data platforms or data warehouses
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams
• A proactive, collaborative, and curious mindset with a passion for leveraging modern data technologies to drive business performance.
