Job summary

Deluxe Lido Palace Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Performing Artiste Manager to coordinate on-stage performances and rehearsals. You will collaborate with the stage manager to refine routines and maintain an updated library of songs for routines.

The role requires strong communication with performers, prior performer experience, and solid stage experience, with knowledge of Mandarin Pop or J-pop/K-pop considered advantageous. This position is based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years experience as Performing Artiste Manager or related manager.
• Able to communicate well with the performers.
• Has experience as Performer.
• Knowledge of Mandarin Pop or Jpop Kpop is advantageous.
• Strong stage experience.

• Participate in all assigned on-stage performances of the company
• Attend rehearsals and work with other band members
• Work with stage manager to fine-tune performance
• Keep and update weekly selection of at least 10 songs for routine performances
• Memorize lyrics and routines of song selection for optimal performance standards
• Interpret music or dance and perform in production
• Maintain an appropriate on-stage image with the proper grooming and etiquette
• Attend monthly meetings pertaining to stage performance matters
