Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineer to develop and mature applied AI, computer vision and multimodal perception for real-world surveillance. You will collaborate with robotics and software teams to deploy validated perception functions into AST systems.

The role focuses on perception models, data/evaluation and multimodal AI in an applied engineering capacity, not pure AI research. Fresh grads welcome with hands-on projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering or Robotics.
• Strong Python foundation with ML/CV development experience.
• C++ capability would be advantageous.
• Hands-on project or internship experience in CV/AI.
• Experience with PyTorch, OpenCV, ONNX and TensorRT/CUDA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance computer vision capabilities including object detection, tracking and false-alert reduction.
• Work with EO/IR and thermal imagery, and combine perception outputs with sensor metadata.
• Build datasets, annotations, and evaluation benchmarks for field conditions.
• Analyse false positives/negatives and dataset shifts to drive improvements.
• Develop multimodal AI, behaviour analytics and operator-assist functions.
• Package AI models for edge deployment using ONNX/TensorRT/CUDA.
• Collaborate with robotics software teams on deployment and integration.
• Support experiments with vision-language models, synthetic data and active learning.
• Assist with field trials to validate perception capabilities under operational conditions.
