• Address employee concerns and resolve issues through effective problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, work hours and personal information.
• Relay important updates between upper management and staff in both directions.
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports as required.
• Enforce compliance with laws, regulations and company policies; apply disciplinary measures when necessary.
